How to Order
In our online shop, each product has an Item#. If you want to
order one product, click the Order Now button. If you
want to order more than one product, take note of the Item#
you are interested in, and then click on the Order Now
button of any of your items. This will take you to
the order form. Select all
the item numbers you want to order, and complete the rest of
the order form. You will receive an email with your order
details. We will
contact you regarding payment and other details to process
your order. Or you can order directly online!
Payment
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, and money orders. We will
contact you for your payment processing.
Shipping
Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery (as many items are knit per order).
Shipping cost will be parcel post, unless otherwise specified.
Shipping and handling fee is extra. International rates available upon request.
Returns
We trust that you will be satisfied with your sweater.
Exchanges and credit
are available only with a receipt within 30 days. Sorry,
no refunds.
